Basic repair with new upgraded case estimated at $5000 by Alaska Aircraft Engines. I have not repaired. Instead, I have more than priced in the cost of the basic repair into the sales price. This will give the new owner the ability to customize the engine repair to suit his/her needs. i.e. complete basic repair only, 0 time overhaul, or something in between. All current engine AD's were complied with during overhaul in 2004. Engine has been preserved for long term storage (pickled) beyond TCM standards. | |
