Exceptional 1957 PA22/20. Complete ground up rebulit. Trimmer doors and Maule fuel selector STC's. VG's, Rudder Trim, Skylight, Bogart, Sutton Exhaust, Heated Pitot Tube, Altenator, Oil Filter, Stby Vacuum, Cleveland W&B's, Custom panel and interior plus other STC's and 337's. Whelen strobes and beacon on wings, tail and belly, All instruments rebuilt and yellow tagged, Dual VOR, HSI, GS, DME, 3lMB, 4 place intercom, dual PTT on upgraded yokes. Interrior is all new foam and custom seats, wool carpet and new wool headliner (no Airtech all done by custom shop) All FAA modifications fully documented logbook entry is extensive, every AD and SB fully documented since new and during this rebuild. Fuselage taken to bare bones, no corrision or rust anywhere. Metalized the baggage compartment side walls and rear panel,tie down rings, lighted with switch by bagagge door and moved all avionics and strobes to an avionices rack behind the baggage compartment. Aircraft weighed after rebuild, with full fuel, usefull load just over 500 lbs. At GW, CG sits at 17.89'' giving maximum flexibility in loading with or without the back seat in, you get a large flat cargo compartment. New Superflight covering in 1953 detailed paint scheme. Pinned striped between the red and white. Full IFR with enroute GPS and approach approvals. 91.411 and 413 checks current, has alternate static air. I fly this plane IFR between Connecticut and Washington DC almost monthly. It is a true PA22/G when you file. Dual power outlets, seperate hand held comm antenna, wired for IPod. All new CB's on right side of panel. Removed old Piper style starter box with new Master Switch, Avionics Master and that old CB strip under then panel that hit your knees. Instrument panel was CAD designed and made to accomodate avionics, switches and CB's. Engine block heater. New Niagara Oil Cooler moved to rear baffle. Nose Cowl closed in, ideal for north country operations. Light weight starter.New landing gear, struts/forks, wiring, hoses, etc. 200 hours since new climb prop and Mattituck overhaul. Engines gauges are a full suite of EI instruments all either STC or 337 approved. Wired into the data box and through the KLN 89B to a download port for your records at every oil change. Full 4 cylinder EGT and CHT, OAT, Carb Air Temp, fuel flow all into the data box. Panel looks like its a turbine We spent 2 1/2 years rebuilding this Pacer. A new airplane in every respect.
