Fresh Annual inspection and prop balance August 2020

TTAF 2498 hrs

Lycoming O-360 180hp overhauled fall 2018 with port/flow matched Cylinders. Only break-in/test flight time since put in service July 2019. Spin on oil filter.

MT 210cm composite propeller. 2017 overhaul. Only break-in/test flight time since put in service July 2019.

New ElectroAir electronic ignition. (replaces one mag and drops fuel flow 1.0-1.5 gph, and improves starting)

Aluminum landing gear (Nearly 30 lbs lighter than original steel gear) with New axles and hardware and fresh wheel alignment

New leather seats

Previously on 135 certificate with excellent records

1400 hours since 2002 refurbishment with all New Fabric and many new parts. Mostly hangered since then.

Weighed July 2019: 1375 lbs empty weight. 2150 gross weight. 775 useful load.

Runs beautifully and cruises wonderfully at economy setting of 21 squared burning under 7 gph and 95 mph ground speed.
